According to the present invention, the vibration-proof structure includes: a base having a fixed shape; a shock absorbing unit having a predetermined length and formed of a material which can be extended and contracted, wherein one side of the shock absorbing unit is connected to one side of the base by being piled on one side of the base and the shock absorbing unit also includes an enclosed deformation space in the longitudinal direction; and a cover connected to the other side of the shock absorbing unit by being separated from the base and enclosing the deformation space. The shock absorbing unit increases the inner pressure of the deformation space when intervals of the base and the cover are reduced by an external force. The shock absorbing unit also expands the circumference as a side of the shock absorbing unit is expanded in the longitudinal direction by elasticity. The thickness of a cross section of the shock absorbing unit is increased by compression. The inner pressure of the deformation space is reduced by a restoration force when no load is applied, and the side is contracted. So, the vibration-proof structure can be restored in a tensile state. Therefore, the vibration-proof structure can absorb the shock between the cover and the base.
