The control unit is electrically coupled to the switch, the impedance unit, and an electrical path connected to a power pin of the connection interface. The control unit stores a plurality of voltage values and a plurality of different corresponding current limit values. The control unit is configured to measure the voltage of the electrical path to obtain a measured voltage, and the control unit is further configured to measure the voltage across the impedance unit to calculate a current value. When the current value reaches the current limit value corresponding to the measured voltage, the control unit turns off the switch.
