In addition, the plurality of word line voltage level conversion circuits (5) can be used to effectively reduce half-selected cell disturbance during reading. In the standby mode, the plurality of control circuits (2) can be used to effectively reduce leakage current, and the design of the standby startup circuit (4) can be used to effectively enable the static random access memory to quickly enter the standby mode.
