The infectious disease monitoring system includes an imaging device for capturing and transmitting image data on animals managed in a barn, a first server for determining whether a subject suspected of having an infectious disease is detected from the image data and, when the subject suspected of having the infectious disease is detected, transmitting a signal along with the image data, a second server for confirming an occurrence of the infectious disease by analyzing the image data of the subject suspected of having the infectious disease, and transmitting a warning signal when confirmed the occurrence of the infectious disease, and a manager terminal for requesting the image data on the animals to the first server upon receipt of the warning signal and displaying the image data.
