The feature quantity calculation unit 303 uses the first face information to obtain a brightness value of the face portion in the first image frame and uses the second face information to obtain a brightness value of the face portion of the second image frame, reflects a stereoscopic facial shape on the basis of the obtained brightness values, and calculates feature quantity independent from colors of a facial surface. The impersonation determination unit 304 determines genuineness of the target on the basis of the feature quantity.
