When the chest of the subject is up and down, and the blood oxygen concentration decreases, the processing unit will determine it as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. When the chest of the subject is not up and down, and the blood oxygen concentration decreases, it will be determined as neuropsychiatric sleep apnea syndrome. Continuously, a processing unit displays the determination result on a display unit. Thus, the subject can easily know whether or not he/she is suffering from sleep apnea syndrome and its type by the present invention.
