Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a body from being overheated with a combustion gas in a fin tube type heat exchanger comprising a plurality of fins 2 stored in the body 1 and arranged in a standing posture side by aide along a plate thickness direction and heat transfer pipes 3 penetrating those fins, and characterized in that the heat transfer pipes are arranged in two upper and lower stages, and the fins are provided with pluralities of upper and lower cut and raised fin parts 25 in a laterally thin and long shape which are located at upper parts of respective heat transfer pipes in the lower stage and formed by cutting and raising the fins in a tunnel shape.SOLUTION: A cut and raised fin part 25L on a lowermost side of an outer cut and raised fin part group 25out provided at an upper part of a heat transfer pipe 3 on a laterally outermost side of a lower stage is inclined downward toward a laterally outer side. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a connection part of a lead wire and a terminal of a temperature sensor even when the lead wire of a temperature detecting device loaded on a heating cooker is twisted.SOLUTION: A contact portion pressed down by being kept into contact with a cooking container, of a temperature detecting device is supported from a lower part by a supporting pipe 150 movably in a vertical direction, and the contact portion is energized upward by an energization member. Further a lead wire 120 connected to a terminal of a temperature sensor incorporated in the contact portion is movably inserted to an inner side of the supporting pipe. The lead wire has the flat shape of which a longitudinal dimension A of a cross-section orthogonal to a center axis is smaller than a lateral dimension B, and a rotation preventing portion 150c for preventing the lead wire from rotating around the center axis, is disposed on at least a part in the supporting pipe at a downstream side in a wiring direction of the lead wire with respect to a connecting part of the lead wire and the terminal of the temperature sensor.
