Abstract: Provided is a speed change transmission device which may be made small in size. The speed change transmission device comprises: an input shaft (22) through which an engine driving force is input; a hydraulic continuously variable transmission (30) driven by the input shaft (22); a planetary transmission unit (40) which outputs a driving force by combining a driving force of the input shaft (22) with an output of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission (30); and an output rotating body (24) which outputs power to a driving system. The planetary transmission unit (40) and the output rotating body (24) are disposed on the same side of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission (30) at which an engine connection side of the input shaft (22) is located. A driving force is input to the planetary transmission unit (40) from a portion between the engine connection side and a hydraulic continuously variable transmission connection side of the input shaft (22).
