Abstract: Embodiments are directed to optimizing the secure provisioning of credentials to mobile devices through use of risk decision non-overrides. In some embodiments, a service provider receives a request from a wallet provider to provision a credential associated with an account to a mobile device. The request includes a first risk level associated with the provisioning. The service provider receives a second risk level associated with the provisioning request from an issuer of the account. Based upon determining that a non-override condition exists, the service provider uses the first risk level from the wallet provider and accordingly causes a user authentication to occur. A non-override condition may be determined based upon scenario indicators received within the provisioning request. In some embodiments, the non-override condition may be ignored when the first risk level indicates medium risk and the second risk level indicates high risk. Embodiments are directed to optimizing the secure provisioning of credentials to mobile devices through use of risk decision non-overrides. Abstract: The invention discloses a technological method of tea fibers for producing silk stockings. The technological method comprises the following steps: 1) removing moisture from tea leaves; 2) after carrying out low-temperature embrittling, mashing the tea leaves into powder; 3) carrying out de-coloring treatment by adopting a super-critical CO2 extraction technology; 4) grinding in a ball grinding mill to form tea leaf fine powder particles; 5) mixing and melting the tea leaf fine powder particles and plastic color master batch; 6) extruding in an extruder to form the tea fibers. With the adoptionof the technical scheme, the technological method of the tea fibers for producing the silk stocking, disclosed by the invention, has the characteristics that a polyphenol compound in the tea leaves is natural and is used for preventing the reproduction of bacteria and viruses, and is combined into fibers for producing the silk stockings, so that the fibers have an ultra-strong antibacterial effect; when women wear the silk stockings, the silk stockings have good antibacterial and bacterium-inhibiting effects and the health of the women is promoted.
