Abstract: A freezer includes a plurality of shelves in an insulated payload bay; a plurality of evaporators coupled to the payload bay with a multiplicity of coolant tubes in each evaporator, wherein each tube enters and then exits the payload bay, further comprising one or more cryogenic valves coupled to the coolant tubes; a pump to force coolant flowing through the evaporators with a pressure of at least 90 psi to supply the coolant at each evaporator with at least 20 gallons per hour of coolant; and a plurality of fans to circulate cooled air in the payload bay. Abstract: A refrigeration device with a refrigerant circuit for cooling at least two cooling chambers. The device has a condenser of the refrigerant circuit configured to liquidize refrigerant, a compressor of the refrigerant circuit compresses refrigerant, a first evaporator of the refrigerant circuit cools a first cooling chamber of the refrigeration device, a second evaporator of the refrigerant circuit cools a second cooling chamber of the refrigeration device, and a multi suction line of the refrigerant circuit connects the condenser with the compressor. The first and second evaporators are positioned on the multi suction line in a consecutive order. The multi suction line has a first capillary tube, a second capillary tube, and a suction pipe. The first capillary tube connects the condenser with the first evaporator, the second capillary tube connects the condenser with the second evaporator, and the suction pipe connects the first and second evaporator with the compressor. Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus has a refrigerant circuit formed by connecting a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator by a refrigerant pipe. The refrigeration apparatus includes a temperature duration time measuring unit, and a target evaporation temperature calculating unit. The temperature duration time measuring unit measures a high-temperature duration time in a thermo-off state, the high-temperature duration time being time during which the temperature of the interior of a to-be-cooled space is higher than a lowering threshold which is set with reference to a target interior temperature. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a computer program product, and a computer system for predictive maintenance of refrigeration cases. A computer collects a temperature time series for a refrigeration case and, based on the temperature time series, learns a refrigeration case signature for both non-frost and defrost cycles. The computer generates features based on the refrigeration case signature and compares the refrigeration case signature to real time, or observed, temperatures and features using a rule-based and/or machine learning framework. Based on determining that the real time data varies beyond a threshold from the refrigeration case signature, the computer identifies a failure symptom of the refrigeration case and diagnoses a root cause of the symptom or failure. In addition, the computer may activate an alarm and open a work order corresponding to the root cause of the symptom or failure.
